I read somewhere that weight loss is 70% diet and 30% exercise. So basically you need to be in a calorie deficit to be losing weight. I'm on a 1200 calorie diet and the only exercise I am doing is the get running programme. I've lost about 4kgs in a month so not too bad. Good luck! Oh and the myfitn...

You can do it! I have two kids, the youngest is 13 months and still has some shocking nights but every other day I get up at 6am and go running :) it's blinking hard as I'm in new Zealand and it's winter but I still go out and do it. I love having something that is just for me - that I don't have to...

I did the 20 minute run today and I was so nervous about doing it beforehand but to be honest, it wasn't that hard at all.
