Dawn I love samoyeds. they are such kind natured dogs. I am counting down the days / years until I can get one or two.. and I will take them running of course :)

hi glad you are enjoying it so far :) I think that the 5 minute brisk walk uses most of the muscles you need for the running so I see it as quite a good warm up. however you could maybe try some of your own warm ups before you start. oh and also I am living near Cardiff and run on a great common next to my house with some lovely views...definitely enjoying being out in the open. apart from dogs chasing me, but i suppose that makes me run faster anyway :D
