they are bad days and there always will be. Sometimes you really wanna go out and do a great run and you struggle, other time you don't wanna go for a run but you end up with a great one, you never know and That's the beauty of it.

C25K is great, but i never finished it completely, from week 7 or 8 ...

Hi there,

Not quite sure what you want to do : do your walking and then straight after do a workout using the get running app ?

IMHO I would skip one walking day and try to only run with the get running apps that day. Maybe just once a week and see Bear in mind that at the begining of the get ...

I curently live in Ireland but I'm french.

Sorry to hear that you have to stop for a while and I hope you'll get well soon and back on the track.

You right it is probably wiser to have it checked. I stopped running for a week and gave it a new try yesterday.

swiming is a great idea and definitely an activitie I am going to do as crosstraining.

Physiotherapist might be agood idea but I will see after a rest time how it goes and hopefully I won't have to see one, if it gets worse then I won't have any other choice I supose.

Hi all,

well i think I have to stop for a while the program, it is really frustratiing but well my knee is sore for about a month now, i was able to cope with that and thought well i finish the program then I will rest but I think I should stop now.

I had my gait checked and bought new shoes, but ...

oh yeah week 6 run 3 !!

I have compleated week 6 run 3 yesterday (25 min) and again feelling proud of myself.

I was as scared as the previous week (week 5 run 3, 20 min) but somehow managed to finished it. I even run for 28 min something, during the cool down, but only did that because it was going a fair bit down hill ...

I'm glad to hear that the soreness has somehow disapear.
That was the same for me it took a couple of runs for the pain to completly go away.

I guess when you haven't done any sport for a long time like me, the body has to gradually adapt, and legs a bit sore or ...
