they are bad days and there always will be. Sometimes you really wanna go out and do a great run and you struggle, other time you don't wanna go for a run but you end up with a great one, you never know and That's the beauty of it. C25K is great, but i never finished it completely, from week 7 or 8 ...

swiming is a great idea and definitely an activitie I am going to do as crosstraining.

Physiotherapist might be agood idea but I will see after a rest time how it goes and hopefully I won't have to see one, if it gets worse then I won't have any other choice I supose.
