Hi all, I have just done week 1 run 2 today. I really enjoyed it again but found that my legs were pretty tired when I did the first 1 minute. The remaining 7 were OK but the first was a bit hard. I have just finished my very first session. I feel really good and I didn't struggle and actually enjoyed it. I'm not running a fast pace at the moment but think it's probably better to start slow and build up than start too fast and then burn out!
