I'm still waiting to see someone about it! . I have to wear a leg brace for at leadt 3 weeks tho. Am still waiting for my appointment for an mri scan to see the damage and also with a pt!

I use the nike ones aswell, but there are loads of different makes out there, check out sports direct. They always have running gear on cheap. Try and look for 'breathe right' (at least it sumat like that!) they help to draw the sweat away from your body and keep u cool!

Well, tonight was my first run in 6 months & i'm so pleased with myself!!!! I originally started running wit this app early to mid last year, however, my other half who is in the forces, had to go away for four months so i had to give it up as i found it very difficult to get out in the evenings...
