hello every one, can anyone tell me what knee supports would be good for running, I've been looking online and have seen a few, mainly patella knee supports which I think would be good for me but I'm totally clueless lol! do they magnetic ones really work or am I wasting my money? should I just get ...

hey thanx for replying, I go running Monday Wednesday and friday due to circumstances I'm not able to go the other days, I try to avoid carbs but I love the food they are in!! maybe if I try and do some of my running at a higher intensity?? not sure if that will work

well I'm glad you are all doing well keep following the programme and you will notice such a difference in not only your running but your confidence as well, I recently met a friend I hadn't seen for a while and he called me skinny! wo0ho0! lol

hey all thanx for the replys I downloaded runtracker but the gps in my area is poor lol not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing! how did I get on with ur 5k katina? what do people do when the complete the course do u jus keep repeatin the last week lol?

hey, thanks to both of u I've just downloaded the runkeeper app and shall be using it later today I'll let u know how it goes lol! how ate u both gettin on with ur running?
