Just remember to be kind to yourself. Go at your favorite time of day, pick a place you think is pretty, take a friend or a dog (having my dog was a huge help) and do what you can when you can. You're the only one judging yourself, so instead be proud you've decided to get moving in the first place....

Thanks for the good news Runamc! I just completed W1R1 and the thought has crossed my mind... "Will I really be able to do that in 6 weeks, 7 weeks...?" I have found keeping a food journal that tallys calories is a big help. Mainly because I'm more mindful and I'm seeing how everything add...

I've noticed my body has about a 2 week lag, gaining and loosing weight, so give your body a little time to readjust. You said it felt great, so keep up the good work! I bet you'll notice a bigger difference in the future. ;)
