Name: Phillip Area: Swansea, South Wales. Completed: 11th April 2011 Comments: Really enjoyed the programme and it is a great programme. I am so happy that I have completed it. 9 weeks ago I was really struggling to run for longer than 1 minute and now I am running 30 minutes non-stop. I am feeling ...

Re: Treadmill v Outdoors

I've been doing all my training indoors mainly because the weather was so dreadful when I started the programme and secondly much like many others, I didn't feel a runner/jogger at nearly 19st when I started the course, I feel I would have looked like Mr. Blobby running outside. Re: On the home straight...

I did the same. I started week 8 and it just didn't feel right, so I took a day or so off and went back to week 6. I have just ran week 8 - Run 2 and can't wait for tomorrow to come along. I have even thought about bringing tomorrow's run forward to today. Really looking forward to graduating and th...

Hi All, It's been a while since I've posted so here we go again. The main reason it's been a while is that I got to week 7 run 3 and then decided to repeat week 7 outdoors as the weather was getting warmer. Guess what happened, Yep! I fell and broke my foot. It has taken me until know to get t...

Re: obese runners

Hi all Again

I am now on Week 6, I found run 3 of week 5 a challenge but got through it and feel good.

Looking forward to try and increase the distance and speed over the next couple of weeks.

How is everyone else doing?
