I did my 20 minute run yesterday morning and was worried about doing it. But I'm pleased to say I did it without stopping. It was a great psychological barrier to break. I'm assuming the next few weeks I'll step up the pace because I didn't even crak the 3km mark, let alone 5km that this app is supp...

I did Week 5 run 2 on Sunday and I too am a bit worried about the jump from 8 to 20 minutes but I guess I'll give it a go tomorrow. What's the worst that can happen right? Thanks. I've now finished week 4 and the 5 minute runs didn't kill me. My breathing was actually ok while running and then when stopping to do the walks is when I realised how puffed I was. Congratulations. I've just finished week 4 and now I know what lies ahead for me in one week. Oh well, I didn't think I could do 5 minutes without stopping and I did.
