I did the 20 minute run today. I was OK for the first 15 minutes - although I was running so slowly I might as well have been walking. However, in the last 5 minutes my legs were hurting so badly I had to not only slow down to a walk but stop and stretch a bit. So should I repeat this week? Or move ...
