I'm glad I'm not the only one who does this. :D My friends and I all run together and I carry a speaker so we can all listen to the same thing, and I always sneak longer songs into the playlist to help make time seem to go faster. I don't know what it is, but the long songs make the workout seem so ...

zanesdaddy, I completely agree with all the others! For me, the first 3 weeks were the hardest, and I had a little difficulty getting myself out in the mornings to do the runs. In the past 2 days, I've done 60 minutes of running and felt great about it! I still can't believe I'm actually enjoying running! :D Great job!

I don't know about either of you, but after the 20-minute run, I got super excited and thought I could take on the world! Although that is a wonderful mindset, I feel as if I tried to tackle too much the next week. On the first 2 runs of week 6, I completely over-paced myself and ran out of energy. ...

Congratulations!! I don't know if there's a feeling much more amazing in this journey than the step where you finally find out that you are a true runner!

I agree with Steph big time! Once you can jump from 1.5 minutes to 3 minutes, you've got the toughest part of the program under your belt! Keep up the amazing runs!
