Could someone please give me advice? Which women's trainers are best to invest in? I currently run in asics cumulus but a friend was saying Nike air max are much better as they feel bouncier and indeed feels like running on air. Just wondered if anyone agrees with him?!

Oh thanks for that idea. Will look for an armband today. Hopefully in time I won't care what I look like when I run passed people huffing and puffing. Legs not as sore this morning and I'm looking forward to my next run already!

Well I've been reading about this app for weeks and decided to take the plunge. Havent been running for a long time but determined to do it. Wish me luck!
