Good morning all. I just completed my week 4/run 1 and have to say that it was fairly good but also fairly difficult! The most consistent thing I've seen out there is DO NOT RUN if something hurts. There is a difference between being sore and/or fatigued and having something be in pain. Hey Sandra, I, too, run on treadmill right now, and I have found that 3.5mph is a good brisk walk for me, and a 5mph (12 min miles pace) is a good early run pace.
