Re: Week 9

Well done!! I am envious. I am at week 6 run 2. I just completed w6r1 today and it was my best run yet! I didn't have to stop on the second 3 minute break and felt like I could run forever. This really surprised me because I had to stop a little on the 20 minute strait run. The body can be so unpred...

Re: I ran for 3 minutes! Yay!!!

How cool is it that the body adapts and stamina builds!! Im at w5r2 today. I struggled at the end of week 4 and the first run of week 5 was ok. Im still worried about the 20 minute run but some how I think the body will cope!! Well done Steph :)

Also I'm stressed about the 20 minutes coming up on Wednesday. Ah well, I'm just gonna run it. Thanks again e...

Re: Do runs get easier??

Thanks so much for the replies. I completed w4r2 today and it was my hardest run yet!! I had to stop in the last 5 mins but only for 30 secs and then I ran the 30 extra at the end. Today was the first time I failed to complete the run exactly as the promps but I didn't feel so great at the start of ...

Re: Week 3 run 1

Hi. I ran further in week 2 than week 3 also. Tomorrow is my last week 3 run. I found it a little diss appointing to be covering less distance but I'm sure week 4 will change that. I'll let you know how my first week 4 goes. Good luck. :D
