hi dawn. I jog with my doggies they seem to enjoy & it's keep them away from distractions other dogs etc as they just follow me!
I have a staffie bitch & a parsons jack Russell dog x

Hi I've tonight finished week 3 & really enjoying it however acouple of times I've done the run twice as feel like I want to increase the time I'm training, I felt good after doing this so don't think it's to much for me personally as have fairly fit life style. Hi I'm 24 just started trying to get fitter & would live to be able to jog long distances. I loved this app as sounds as I found it it's fab! Will u do a 10k one? I searched & got one but it's got an annoying voice & not as good as this one!! I jog with my dogs who Im sure love this app ...
