Re: run 1 week 4 HELP!!!

Hi, I did my run 1 week 4 today and like you I struggled on the last run. Also 5.4 and just under 15 stone. When I first started this app I really found it difficult but was starting to improve so was a little down about today's run. My plan is to keep repeating this run until I can do it comfortabl...

Re: Week 3

Thank you Runkat.

Despina, I struggled on week 3 and can't see me managing week 4. My plan is to see how it goes and just keep repeating it until I feel comfortable to move on. I believe a few people have done the same. We'll get there eventually :)

Re: Week 4 Run 1

I've just finished week 3 and although completed each run I struggled
on the last 3 minute run. Can't see how I'm going to manage 5 mins on Sunday. Will be disappointed in myself if I can't complete it. Seeing everyone else's post though really keeps me determined to carry on. :)

That's the first thing I got, wouldn't manage without it :) Think may need new running shoes as my knees are really sore. Hoping they will get better in time, maybe as my weight drops. Still going strong though, just completed week 3 run 2 an feeling very proud of myself. Reading everyone's post rea...

Week 3

I have just completed week 3 run 1 and happy I managed to complete it. Considering I struggled to run for 1 minute a couple of weeks ago this feels like an achievement. My breathing also has improved however am now getting pains in my knees. I'm about 5 stone overweight so this doesn't surprise me. ...

Re: New at running, breathing tips needed

Thanks for the replies. I have just done week 2 run 3 and I think I did find my breathing was slightly better which is great but found that my knees are starting to hurt now :( Probably just my body going into shock, haven't run since I've left school and that was a good few years ago. Looking forwa...

New at running, breathing tips needed

Hi, I'm new to running and hardly get any exercise. Ive just started week 2 and struggling mainly with my breathing. I'm really struggling to do the 1 and half min. Does it get easier? Any tips to help with my breathing? Has anyone found they need to repeat weeks? I think I may need too Thank you :0)
