Hey,
As you guys haven't developed it yet I think I'm going to use
Nike+ ... You can track runs and it's really easy to use and looks sleek yet
simple enough to use.
You do need a pocket sensor if you want to officially track pace etc.
But you can just set your own time or distance.

Awesome post! It really does feel amazing .
I'm just going onto W9R1- but I've ran a bit extra in week 8
just to prepare myself.

Hey, Well done for making it this far! :) Don't beat yourself up if you don't run all the way,we all run differently, so just pace yourself and next time you will run it all :) you can even repeat a week if you like. It's a pity you can't just repeat 1 run cos I needed to do that once but I just wen...

I run outside, i just like the fresh air and feeling of it...some days its a struggle with wind and rain etc but you dont half feel amazing afterwards....dont think I would get the same feeling indoors.

I'm on week 7 run 3... and I have been doing cardio/dance workout on my run rest days, but I think swimming would be much better. Spinning may not rest your legs.

yeh i would invest in decent run shoes, it makes such a difference, I only noticed when i put my old trainers on, couldnt believe how different they felt!
