Me too! Did my 20 min run and was delighted with myself. Couldnt believe I could run for 20mins.......however when I set off for my 5,8,5 min runs I really struggled. Found it really tough. Hoping the next one is but easier. I am delighted with how I have built up to this and I stick to the programm...
