That is great inspiration to me, someone who just finished week1 run 1! Looking forward to my first 5k.

Re: First day:)

Me too! I am looking forward to next run, did w1 r1 yesterday, may have to do next one today since work will complicate things. Found out from another person on this forum that the app will adjust the days if you have to make a change, good to know if I miss one or have to do one back to back

How are the runs going now, looking forward to next several weeks Hello All, First, thanks to the creators of this app. It is great! So far. ;) I have never run before, as I have come to realize not many on here have. I lost a lot of weight about 4 years ago and managed to keep it off. I then became...

I have been using run keeper for tracking my walks, just switched it to tracking running. Feel the same, this is a lot of fun so far, the app is amazingly so easy to use.

My first day, feel great, question on taking day off

Greetings from New Jersey, we are having a very mild winter so I started to do some walking, but after awhile I was getting bored. Never have been a runner, but love the idea of running 5k with my kids. I have been doing a lot of walking, so today was not too difficult. Question, Should I wait a day...

Re: Sticky: Introductions!

Just downloaded app, very excited about getting started. Tired of just walking each day, feel I have hit major plateaus and need to start running, but never could get past first 10 mins.
