Motivation to keep running in 2014

Hi Guys, For anyone that has completed the C25K and looking at how to stay motivated in 2014, I thought I would post a link to Martin Lewis over at the Money Saving Expert website as he is asking everyone to write down how many miles they want to run in 2014. The idea is a forum of people can motiva...

Re: Half Marathon - Thanks to this app

I would love to do a full marathon but I'm the first to admit that I lack the discipline, go for it I say and seize the day :D

Re: Half Marathon - Thanks to this app

I just finished my first half marathon. My goal when I try a new distane is always to finish without walking and to not worry about my time. It took me 2:27:47, but I didn't walk at all. The first four miles were a long gradual hill, and the rest of the course was rolling hills. Overall very excite...

Re: Half Marathon - Thanks to this app

Haha, inspired by you I've decided to start training for a half marathon in April, starting as soon as I'm done with this app! (just finishing week 6 now). Looks like fun! Go for it!, seriously the idea of me completing something like this was more than a little crazy but when you complete it, you ...

Re: Half Marathon - Thanks to this app

Back in February I liked cake and watching TV, but a wedding suit measurement of a 38" waist scared the life out of me, so it was time for one last cake. http://youtu.be/5331wFxJx1w My wife pointed me in the right direction of this app, and it really has changed my life, which sounds cheesy but...

Half Marathon - Thanks to this app

Hi Guys, When I started this app, back in April I was a self confessed couch potato who eat too much with no exercise at all. My idea of exercise was getting up to switch the xbox on, but after hitting 15.5 stone and 38 inch waist, I came accross this app and it really has changed my life. In week 1...

Re: Feels so good to be on this page!

Great to see that you have made it to the other side :)

Keep at it and don't give up yet though, why not give yourself a target of a 10k race to keep you motivated.
