Re: Feel like poo :(
I have anemia so I have a lot of runs that could go better. I think LittleT's advice is spot on. A lot of things are a factor with a good run. Did you sleep well, eat well, etc... Mine is the weather! If it's sunny, I can conquer the world. If it's gray, I have to convince myself that I can do it. G...

Re: Rest days?
I normally rest as advised and so far I haven't ached the next day. I didn't run yesterday and Monday is a run day for me. So guess what I'll be doing? I will run today, skip my rest day and run tomorrow. That's what happens when I'm unable to run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Soon I will be runnin...

Re: New and desperately unfit hello and diary :)
You can do this! Yes, it will be uncomfortable. It's certainly not as easy as sitting on a couch watching tv. I've been running for nearly a year and I started with this program. Your body was made to move and to work, it's a fierce piece of machinery! If you don't use it you will lose it. Just do i...

Re: Best App to use after B210k?
Just bumping this thread!
I've completed all of my runs with this app and purchased Bridge210k. I am now wondering what to do after I finish that one.
I so miss the comforting voice and reassurance

Your story is very inspiring! Thank you so much for sharing.
I couldn't agree with you more about your hints and tips. I love my HRM and find it to be absolutely essential. The part about pace...dead on.
What a great post!!!

Re: Feeling good started today any one ealse what's your dri
What drives me...to get a healthier heart. On the vain side the difference I see in my body. The pounds haven't fallen off but my shape has changed. My calves actually have definition. Running is a great stress reliever and it makes you know you can conquer a lot with mental toughness. I could go on...

Re: Absolute beginner seeks reassurance fast!
Yes! The beginning runs are the hardest. I am starting Week 9 today and believe it or not it gets easier. Sounds crazy I know. I think if we took a poll the majority would say that the later weeks are easier on them than the beginning weeks. That being said even with the longer runs in the later wee...

Re: Running Gear
Love the pic! I am not a man but I do know that Adidas, Nike, Reebok, Under Armour, and many other brands have longer style shorts. I live in the US and when I went to Dicks Sporting Goods I saw a lot of modest mens running shorts. I saw a lot in the soccer section as well. They could definitely be ...
