I did it, no where near as bad as I thought TBH! I only covered about 3K but it was quite nice really, I had 3 tiny stops, two to open the level crossing gates & one when Fleetwood Mac. deserted me after only 4 minutes running, note to self :- Make play lists! i MUST get a better holder for the ...

I'm up for my 20 mins tomorrow, seams like such a massive jump, got to think about pace & concentrate more. I did 2x8mins OK , it was hard in the last 4 mins but its slight up hill for me at that time , I'll do a different route so at 15 mins I'm on the flat & see if that helps. How often do...

It looks like a massive jump ,I'm W5R2 next so my 20 mins will be on Thursday .
I think I can do it if I pace myself.......

Much weight you'll be better off. You should have a longer healthier life!
I'd never run since school but now I'm on week 5 of the app & I love it!

I've been thinking about this , I think I'll stick with running week 9 until I'm propperly sub 30 mins for 5K [& have my Yellow laces{see the 'yellow laces' thread for details}] Then I think I'll get a bridge app to 10K or just start running as I see fit. One thing I might try is running 5K in 3...

Nice one, I'm glad you are doing well. On week 4 & worrying about longer runs now but I'm sure I'll make it!

Gents shorts with an iPhone pocket seem to be hard to find, have you tried Puma, adidas etc's web sites??

Just got to get up to 5K then concentrate on doing it in under 30 mins to get my yellow laces!
