Hi everyone, I've managed all my week 3 runs - but when I say 'managed', I mean that I've run when I'm supposed to run, walked when I'm meant to walk ... I'm a wreck at the end of every session, barely able to hold a conversation when I walk through the door and then the rest of my evening seems to ...

What is happening to our forum? I'm not interested in ghd posts or Calvin Klein boxers! It seems half the recent posts on here have been added to by these silly meaningless plugs. Is there any way they can be deleted to allow the forum to return to what it is meant to be?

I've just bought a Freya sports bra from bravissimo. It's brilliant! It's actually sn unerwired one and doesn't look that different from a conventional bra. So comfortable and keeps everything nicely where it should be!
