Hi I think you have to listen to your body, everyone will be different. It also depends on your starting point. I too ran W4 R1 yesterday. It went better than I thought. I have, however, ran it a few times on the treadmill beforehand. My ability to run on a treadmill far exceeds my ability to run outdoors & I have no idea why this should be the case. Although I'm guessing it may have something to do with ...

Well, the 3 minute run went very well. Started in a positive mindset, thanks for advise Bobzoe, went early this morning so thinking that helped too.
