I have found that week 7 has been the toughest! I just finished w7r3, but now I just find myself getting bored with the runs. I actually miss the intervals! Keep up the good work!

Finished Week 6!
I can't believe I just did my first 25 minute run. This is the longest run I have done in my entire life and covered almost 2 miles...longest distance in my life. I wanted to cry during the last 5 minutes, but I did it! I swear, if I can, so can you!

Re: Week 5
I just finished week 5, run 3! It was hard, but the way it is broken down into 5 minute sections makes it seem more manageable! You can read about how I felt here: http://www.couchto5katy.wordpress.com

Re: Starting Week 5
I went out today and just did the run! It was much easier than I thought it would be and I got into a really good rhythm for the first time. I think my body appreciated the break!

Starting Week 5
I am getting ready to start week 5. I can't believe how fast it has gone by. However, this weekend I went on vacation and am having a hard time motivating myself to go running. Congrats on quitting smoking! Running outside can be enjoyable when you find the right trail to take that is comfortable for you. Keep up the good work!

Week 3, Worried about Week 4
I just finished week 3 and I thought it was kind of difficult until the 3rd run. I finally got into a groove! Then I noticed week 4 goes up to 16 minutes of running and I totally freaked myself out. Any advice?

I just finished Week 3, Run 1 and the 3 minute runs felt a little rough. Did it feel easier by the third run?
