Good luck, Tom! I did W1R1 today. Mostly... And, it wasn't pretty!! Keep at it. You sound determined, and that is awesome! Can't help but poke my nurse-nose in... Are you doing pursed lip breathing? In through your nose, out through your lips as if blowing out candles?

I learned today, AFTER my W1R1 session that you can pause the run and resume again when you are ready. This may help you, as I know it will help me greatly. I was able to do most of the runs, but a couple of times I needed a bit of a break. And, a couple of times my dog needed to tinkle, sniff, inve...

Congratulations on W1 success! I did W1R1 yesterday. It was not pretty, but I did it. I'm sore, but that just reminds me that I did it... And that makes me smile! Keep at it and in just a few weeks you'll have to change from Katydoes to Katydid!!
