I plan to go for my runs either first thing in the am or when I get back from work and have put the children to bed in the evening. When is the best time to eat? And what? Anyone know.... Help! In week 1 done run 2 and got terrible heartburn this evening!

I just did week1 run 2 and love that they send you home when you get to half way. That way I can take a more interesting route and not panic about being able to make it home! I need to lose 4 stone! I have put on three in the last ten months!!! I am abhored at what happened.... I have stopped smokin...
