Re: What shall I do
I'm just starting week 7 (no I can't believe it either!). I've had to repeat several weeks. For me the key is making sure you complete a week before moving on. I completely blew week 5 run 3 - I tried it after not managing the first two runs of that week. It really knocked my confidence so now I onl...

Re: Can I Do It?
Hi both - I did it too and I'm so pleased - I never thought I'd get this far but here I am starting week 6 on Tuesday. The timed playlist worked great for me too - thanks for the idea. Really going to enjoy the two days off but I'm almost looking forward to Tuesday - who'd have thought that seven we...

Re: Week 5 run 2
Hi all. I just want to thanks. I read this last night and this morning created a playlist timed for the 20 min run - it really really helped. I failed the 20 min run last week but managed it tonight - and the playlist really helped.
Keep running

Re: Putting off progressing through week 5
Hi - I just wanted to tell you that I attempted the 20 min run last week and failed miserably. I went back to the beginning of week 5 and repeated the first two runs. I've just come back in and (I can hardly believe I'm writing this) I did the whole 20 minutes!!!!! Going back and repeating it really...

Re: Newbie!
Hi Caz and welcome. Well done on getting started. It doesn't matter how long it takes - we've just got to keep going. I did W5R1 today and it's the first time I've managed a whole run without walking. I'm not progressing as quickly as some others but I'm determined to see it through - the forums rea...

Re: Beginner
Well done on completing week 1. I'm going to do my last run of week 4 today - when I started I couldn't even do 45 seconds! BUT the programme moves you forward each week in such a way that you are ready to move on. I wouldn't have believed I could run for 5 minutes but I am doing it. Just keep follo...
