I finished my last run of the program on 8/26. Just ran a "real" 5K yesterday and finished in 26.14! That was good enough for a 50th place finish from a field of 108, and 11th of 15 for my age bracket. Happy to have finished with a "respectable" time and to have the feeling that ...
