Hey, well done guys! I have just completed my 20 min run. What a rush. Had a couple of moments with the voices telling me to stop you can't do it but I ignored it and finished.
Never thought i could do it. I have lost a good deal of weight now too.
Planning marathon in 2012.

Hi, I use my wii fit as well as get running. There are some yoga exercises on there that have helped with my breathing. Hi, I love ths app too. I am 33yo and was over 21 stone a couple of weeks ago. I have started week 3 yesterday and completed it even with a bit of a struggle. I am now 19.5 stone.
