Re: Week4!! Chuffed!!!

Awwww that's great!! I still haven't started week 5 but after being quite poorly over the weekend I think I'm ready for it!!!!! I actually get annoyed if I can't run :-D... Always wondered why people found running enjoyable, but I really am :-D xxx

Treadmill speed

Hi guys!! I'm on week four and my 2nd attempt, I found running at just under 5mph too much and have gone down to 3.5mph and find it a lot easier! What speed is everyone else running at?? I go down to 3.2mph for the walking periods...

Would you say this is enough?
Thanks

Re: Shinsplints and Knee Pain

Hi!! I'm on week 4 and completed it after 2 weeks trying due to similar... Googled a few things and running on your balls of your feet seemed to ease it... Also I used to get quite bad bruising... Apparently my trainers are not absorbing the shock of my feet hitting the floor! Did you persist?? How'...

Week4!! Chuffed!!!

Well I wanted to wait too see if I could get this far before I posted and I cried when I finished my first run on week 4!! I struggled and had to re run week 4 twice due to general aches and I won't lie... Lack of motivation!!! And I hit that tweet button and cried!!!!!!! So proud of myself!!!
