It is nice to have the constant pace of the treadmill which is part of my problem outside. I run too quick outside. I've been putting it at 2% since I was told that's more realistic

The treadmill is definitely easier on the feet

I'm kind of with you as well. I've done the last 3 runs on a treadmill and was actually running 30-35 mins. But last night I ran outside since it was finally cooler and the 25 min run was a lot tougher but I ran a lot further. So I think a lot of it is pacing and I was obviously running pretty slow ...

Rest it and don't try to come back too early otherwise you might just have another setback.

Also, I've noticed that stretching well especially after running really help with my knee's. I think post running stretches are more important

Treadmill vs outside

Normally I run outside on a dirt path although in Texas in 95 degree heat. Today I ran on a treadmill and it seemed so much easier and less impact on my knee So my question is are treadmills a lot easier to run on or am I just killing myself running in the heat outside. I guess once it cools down I ...
