I have wondered about joining a gym to use the treadmill during the worst of the winter, but it just doesn't inspire me. Well I can only tell you that from my experience it's not stopped me sleeping at night! I have to wait til around 8pm for husband to get in before I can go. Sometimes its quite a thought, but I make sure I'm ready to go as soon as he arrives. I think you've just gotta do whatever it takes to keep go...
