I have wondered about joining a gym to use the treadmill during the worst of the winter, but it just doesn't inspire me. One thing that keeps me going is that I take the dogs with me and so have to go for their sake - plus they make me feel a bit safe. I am not going to give up - being stubborn can ...

Well I can only tell you that from my experience it's not stopped me sleeping at night! I have to wait til around 8pm for husband to get in before I can go. Sometimes its quite a thought, but I make sure I'm ready to go as soon as he arrives. I think you've just gotta do whatever it takes to keep go...

Got mine at the end of this week! Was feeling apprehensive but better now after reading everyone's experience, but now raring to go!
