Can somebody advise me? Since one-and-a-halve week ago I am experiencing "shin splints" . My right lower leg feels like muscle pain: the inside of the leg and than towards the shin bone feels hard. It is not continously appearent but walking stairs or getting u from a chair, walking normal...

To my fellow-sister runners; good on us. Keep going. You know actually I do not care any longer what anyone thinks. I had a terrible dislike to running but not for sports. I am glad i can do 5 minutes now. I try to lift up my legs a bit and run straight, relax those muscles while running - not cramp...
