Well done! I have suffered with the big D on and off for years and running is a fantastic antidepressant as not only does it get all those endorphines flowing but makes you look better too. Celia

Hello. I've just completed the app and yes it does get tough but if you persevere you'll feel great. Do you listen to music? I couldn't have done it with my favourite tunes to give me rythym. I have lost some weight but its more about shape change than weight I think. Good luck! Celia

Well done from another former run hater too. And Also for the tip off re Run Keeper as I was wondering how to plan my week. Just Graduated!!
Just finished and celebrated my 9 weeks by running round Dinton Pastures lake in the pouring rain. It was fabulous. Thanks Get Running. Never would have done this without you!! Celia
