Ha ha thanks so much Lin, you are so right! Unfortunately I couldn't breastfeed after 3 months or so... I do want to finish this programme and as you said hopefully it will be a change for life! Just an update on today's run... it was w6r3, and as explained in my previous post, I've decided to do 20 mins instead of 25 since I only ran 17 minutes last week. And I did it! I can't believe it! Have to say, I was tired but not obsessively looking at the time... I was actually surprised with that...

Sorry to hear that, I had also good days and bad days - I think it happens to everyone! There are so many things that can have an impact on it, weather, what you've eaten the day before or prior to the run, your water intake... I've notice if I have a banana 30 minutes before and lots of water just ...
