Well - it's over and out for me, unfortunately. I have to have an operation on my left knee. I had successfully completed W2R2 and wasn't until a few hours later that I felt pain. Now I can barely put any pressure on it.

But - I'll be back. More determined than ever.

Ill keep an eye on this ...

It's such a shame - I did W2R2 and coped extremely well during the session. Well, so I thought!
Several hours later, i was at work and I could barely flex my knees - incredibly sore. I'm going to rest up for a few days and see if its just muscle soreness or if I have dodgy knees.

Yeh, the cool change is just about to hit us here in South Australia, it's only going to get to 36 degrees (c) here today!!
I can't imagine living somewhere where it snows - that's very cool (errr... literally!!)

I found W2R1 a little difficult - especially the first of the 1.5 min runs. Not sure ...
