well I keep running but no "high" in sight, it feels pretty difficult to finish the 28 mints. Hope it gets better.

Re: Any other newby's out there?!

Alternatively, I agree, it would be great to start this one again and really work on speed. How can we stay in touch? my name is the same in runkeeper. It is minus 3 d...

Re: Any other newby's out there?!

W7R1 was ok. Was able to hold a conversation. speed is 10.5 mints per mile. Probably slow but it felt great, no side pain, no knee pain. Still got tired towards the end. So lots of stamina to build yet.

W6R3 - wow that was h.a.r.d! Had stiches all the way through. Good thing though is that my knees seem to be doing ok.

Re: Any other newby's out there?!

W6R1 tough. mainly because we picked up speed in running. I didnt think I was going to make it to the end and was waiting for the lady to tell me the time. best time was on mile 2 with less than 10 min/ mile for the first time.

Re: Any other newby's out there?!

Hi altegolibby, you are not the last one standing, just been out of extra time to post and stuff. I checked out your recommendation about the songs. Just now downloaded jog.fm which supposedly takes the songs on your device and matches your running speed. I thought that was pretty cool and rewarded ...
