Hi I'm Liz, Started using the app 2 days ago and am on run 2 which I did tonight. I'm a reborn runner. Did a couple of marathons in 2009 and 2010 but then just stopped running. Pressure of work maybe - don't know. Anyway I've started again and this time as running with my 20 month old black labrador...
