I also completed Week 5, run 3 today. My observations so far... Weeks 1-3 are pretty do-able, though they are still rather difficult. Week 4 gets a little tough. You have to push yourself, seriously. Up until week 5 run 3, you really never have any confidence you will be able to complete this thing....

Last run for week 2 tomorrow so week 3 starts in a few days...how did it go?
