Wonderful, I'm glad you are enjoying it and looking forward to future runs, we are in the same boat. I've gotten a little ambitious and have done w2r1 and w2r2 early. I just love the way I feel after a run and want to keep that going. I plan on taking tomorrow off and finishing up week 2 on Thursday...

I can't really give you tips or advice because I'm a newbie too. I am doing W1R3 tomorrow morning. But I can relate to you. I quit smoking in january and am trying to live a more healthy lifestyle. Let me know how your runs go I'd enjoy comparing notes.
