Hi Tom,I finished wk1 earlier and your right there was a feel of accomplishment!.Looking forward to starting wk 2 on Friday,I feel in a really good place with my progress and really look forward to my runs.Im inclined to maybe bring some of the runs forward as I'm feeling good and have no bad effect...

Hi,good news on the legs!!.Im kind of presuming that muscle soreness is the norm when you undertake something like this,but it sounds like you are doing great and you certainly are keen entering a 5 k in may.....good on you,it's great to have something to aim for.As for me I done wk1 run 2 this morn...

Thanks for the reply.Will happily compare notes.Wk1 run 2 tommorow,pretty much looking forward to it just not looking forward to the next week as they give snow where I live :cry: never mind will trundle on regardless...here's to a healthier future :D
