Thanks for the encouragement, runjust. And good job to you as well! I just finished w5r1 and it was fantastic. I've found a new asthma drug and it was the best I've ever felt running my entire life!

I felt the same way after the first run, but I just ran my first run of week 5 and I feel great! It's amazing how tolerable it becomes! Stick to it, and congrats on your impending marriage!
