Hi there. I am running about 30 mins now but Dom about 20mins in my feet start getting numb feeling and I feel as if I have no power or control of them. I could trip very easily. Just ran 5 km for first time today. 2 weeks since completing the programme. Can't believe I done it. I took 41 mins to do it but hey I don't mind!

Sugar Keep at it. I have just finished wk 9 and at times felt this running crack wasn't for me. It is hard but nothing worthwhile is easy. I am running 30 mins 2pr 3 times a week and every time I start I think I won't be able to finish but after the first 5 mins it settles down keep reminding yourse...

I stopped for a week with a cold and sore calf and started back 2 weeks but after getting back out I soon caught up to where I had been. Just getting started again was the hardest
