Awesome book to read!

A guy I work with runs marathons (Did Philly and Boston last year) and recommended this book to me. Now...I just started Wk 8 of Get Running, and for the first time in my life, I don't hate running. Not really sure, to be honest. I think I'm going to wait until the end of week 9 before scheduling anything.

My goal was to get to 3x30 minutes every week, and my pace isn't the greatest, so I think I'm going to wait.

I was thinking the same thing because weeks 1 and 2 were pretty easy even though I don't run at all!!! I figured I'd just follow the program to a 'T', but I think you could make the jump to 3 pretty easily.
