I did it!!!! But the shins feel bruised....
I just completed W1R3! I have never been a runner, didn't even know if I could run, but really want to succeed with this program. I have to use the word "run" loosely, because it's a very slow pace, but I am so excited to have made it through week one :D I started by shopping at a specialt...
