I completed the plan 2 days ago, really really happy. I'm still not quite managing 5km in the 30 minutes so my goal for this week is to run the full 5km and see how long it takes me, i'm thinking it will only be another 4/5 minutes so we'll see.

Week 5 run 3 done. I feel good it wasn't easy at 5mins it was looking like a maybe but pushed on. 5 weeks done and I can run for 20 mins thankyou c25k. I still don't think I have any weight loss. Yeah... Attempted W5R3 yesterday and made it 10 minutes, walked 2, did 6 more minutes and trudged home feeling like a loser. I am going to do run 2 again tomorrow morning. completed week 8 run 1 yesterday! feeling pretty good about it too. :D I still find it quite mind boggling that i can run for 25-28 minutes but i've gotta say i'm really enjoying it. Thanks for the feedback Ben, I'm using an iPhone 3G on operating system 4.1. I do have the app set on Always on, and that was the 1st time I’ve had that happen. I've done wk5 run 3 today, i was a bit worried but i totally agree with ben on this one. I totally know that i'm capable of completing this plan and believe me, if i can do it anybody can do it
