I have finally finished the nine weeks and I'm really pleased! I tore my hamstring last year, and have been slobbing around recovering! Well done! I am 36 and just recovering from a nasty hamstring tear which saw me on crutches for 6 months. I too have just done my 20 minute run. It wasn't that pleasant, but I did it. She sounds like she's from Portsmouth/Southampton way to me. Worryingly I have found myself talking back to her now, especially when she makes me run after a walk.
