So far so good! Was out for 1/2hr run this evening! It feels so good!

Keep it up too - even when there are times you find it really tough - persevere! You'll be surprised what you can achieve! :-) xxx

Thank you! You'll get there too! I've never really been into doing sports or physical activity, but I've now been bitten by the bug! It's good head clearing time too! Good luck - sounds like you're doing great! :-) xxx
