You're in sync with me! I finished up week 3 today and felt fabulous. I've been posting on this forum as well http://community.active.com/message/836037 It's a bunch of people that started at or around the 23rd of August. So we're in sync with most of them too. Man I love this app too. The woman talking is some great motivation. I purchased 2 of the other C25K coaching apps for my iPhone. Neither one of them were nearly as good. I just started week 2 and love it. Hopefully by the time I graduate Ben has the 5k to 10k bridge app released :D. Or an in app up...

I just did my first run with Nike+ (W1R3) and it seemed pretty accurate for just a pedometer. I had it running alongside MotionX GPS, and it was only off by .02 after 2.3 miles. My set up (iPhone 4) was Music on, Nike+ On, MX GPS on, and finally Get Running. Think I'll try it with Run Keeper on sund...

I just got back from doing week 1 run 3. I paid a little more careful attention to MotionX GPS as well as changed the updating options in it. I am pleased with the change. My normal walking speed is between 3.2-3.5 MPH and cooldown walking speed 2.0-2.5MPH. Normal running speed between 5.9 and 6.4 M...

Hi all. I finished W1R2 today. I am using MotionX GPS to record my runs on my iPhone. Aacording to the track recorder I am averaging 4.3 mph with a max speed of 4.5mph. Which doesn't make sense to me. Maybe the 60 seconds run is too short of a time for it to record the speed of my actual running? Wi...
